Time
For Rest; All of us need time to rest. You cannot be at your best if you
don't take time to rejuvenate your mind and body. Tomorrow will come
weather you show up or not.
Mark 6:31 "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest."
If you love yourself than love yourself enough to take care of you and
rest your body. You will come out better, stronger, and wiser. Don't
over do it. You deserve a day of rest.
